It extracts the text of a PDF into an editable Word document. It's ideal for text PDFs; complex tables may need tidying, and scanned/image PDFs have no text to extract (CourtCraft doesn't do OCR).
Yes. Open the app link, choose “Add to Home Screen” (phone) or “Install” (desktop), and it behaves like an installed app, including offline.
